OMG... now I know typically sexy lingerie is seen as something one uses to tease and taunt their boyfriend/significant other, but speaking as someone whose boyfriend would rather see the skivvys on the floor than on my body I tend to shop for what I think is both cute and comfy.  Lo and behold, I found the cutest set of pj's ever!  They are flirty and have that sweet / naughty feel without being uncomfortable or unrealistic to sleep in.  Plus ruffles, prints, and ribbons are automatically on my Fabulous list!  Not to mention, you can get them on sale at Graffiti Pink plus other adorable pieces to make you feel great while looking delish!

Moussaka and Feta and Kebobs, Oh My!

How many of you are with me in saying that the Food Networks specials on food fesitvals are absolutely fan-freaking-tastic?!  Every time I see anything having to do with new cuisine or new takes on old cuisine my mouth immediately starts to water and I am scouring my kitchen for anything that resembles it... or at least for the nearest take out menu which can provide a good substitute.  Well thanks to my dear friends at Goldstar, I got a lovely little email today informing me of the 10th Annual L.A. Greek Fest.  It'll be a weekend of all the Greek food you can stand, some music, some dancing, and even a special appearance by the man I fell in love with after Sleepless in Seattle... Tom Hanks.  The lovely Rita Wilson will also be there hosting the event.  So if you are free and looking for something out of the ordinary to do, head over to Saint Sophia Cathedral in LA near Western & Pico.

Latest Obsession...

I am absolutely thrilled to have found this new website thanks to the fabulous Fashionista.com.  This little treat is Polyvore which for those of you needing to distract yourself from your boredom or those simply obsessed with clothes and accessories.  Here you can play stylist and have thousands of clothes, shoes, bags, jewelry, etc at your disposal.  Think: grown up version of Barbie dress up.  There are countless combinations and looks you can create and save to show others your fashionista savvyness.  I, for one, am not so sure about the skinny yellow pant considering I have more of a curvy bottom, but it def looks hot here!  Besides, what better way to experiment with the crazy trends you aren't ready to really take out into the world?  Plus, their blog is just as interesting as it shows various looks created by Polyvore veterans.  Check it out, have fun and send me some of your fabulous looks!

Epitomy of Cali Chill...

You know those days when you just feel like chilling with your friends, having a few drinks, enjoying some great music, and just living in the moment?  Well I recently came across a song that regardless of how many times I hear it makes me feel all of that.  Even if I'm at my desk staring into a computer trying to not fall asleep, I just pop this tune in and all of a sudden I'm transported to the beach with a drink in hand and the sun on my skin.  Shwayze is the talented protege of Cisco Adler, front man of the band Whitestarr who has also produced hit songs for Mickey Avalon, another great talent, though a bit crass so beware for those faint of heart.  Based out of Malibu, CA, their music is nothing shy of nostalgic and is full of mellow beats and smooth hip-hop rhymes.  Their single Buzzin has gotten me addicted and craving more.  Check em out and let me know what you think...
